บทคัดย่อ (อังกฤษ) : Materials with controlled coeff. of water permeability and of water retention are prepd. by recycling wastes (concrete, glass, ceramics, bricks, etc.) to give aggregates, and adjusting fineness modulus of the aggregates. The aggregates have been molded if necessary, to give the title materials. The aggregates may be mixed with hardenable materials such as cement to control their fineness modulus. The manuf. involves kneading 2-8:1 mixts. of the aggregates and cement by adding 5-12 wt.% water for 3-8 min, and molding. Alternatively, the aggregates and cement are previously and individually granulated before mixing together, then mixed with micropowders of the aggregates and cement, kneaded for 5-10 min to give granules of 1-20 mm size, and molded to give the title materials.

บทคัดย่อ (ไทย) : วัสดุที่ต้องควบคุมค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การยอมให้น้ำไหลผ่าน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การกักเก็บน้ำถูกเตรียมจากการรีไซเคิลเศษเหลือทิ้ง (คอนกรีต แก้ว เซรามิก อิฐ และอื่นๆ) โดยผสมรวมกันและทำการปรับค่าพิกัดความละเอียด (fineness modulus) แล้วนำมาอัดแบบ และเพื่อให้ได้วัสดุที่ต้องการ ต้องนำส่วนผสมนั้นมาผสมกับวัสดุที่ให้ความแข็ง เช่น ซีเมนต์ เพื่อช่วยควบคุมค่าพิกัดความละเอียด การผลิตจะทำการนวดส่วนผสมที่เป็นเศษเหลือทิ้งและซีเมนต์ ซึ่งใช้สัดส่วนเท่ากับ 2-8:1 และเติมน้ำลงไป 5-12% โดยน้ำหนัก นาน 3-8 นาที แล้วทำการอัด ส่วนผสมที่เป็นเศษเหลือทิ้งและซีเมนต์จะค่อยๆ ทำให้เป็นเม็ดก่อนที่จะผสมเข้าด้วยกัน โดยผสมร่วมกับอณูแป้ง (micropowder) จากนั้นให้นวดเข้าด้วยกันนาน 5 นาทีจนได้เม็ดเล็กๆ ขนาด 1-20 มิลลิเมตร และทำการอัดต่อเพื่อให้ได้วัสดุที่ต้องการ
