Abstract :
The present invention relates to a method for recycling a solar cell wafer using a screen printing process, which includes the steps of: removing a sliver electrode by etching the silver electrode formed on one surface of a solar cell by using a nitric acid solution or a mixed solution including the nitric acid solution; removing an anti-reflection film and an emitter layer formed on one surface of the solar cell from which the silver electrode is removed through the screen printing process using etching paste; and recycling a silicon wafer by removing an aluminum rear electrode formed on the other surface of the solar cell by using a potassium hydroxide solution. Accordingly, the present invention can normally collect silver by removing the silver electrode.
