บทคัดย่อ (อังกฤษ) : Recycling of waste plastics is carried out by sorting wastes into plastics, paper, glass, ceramics, fibers, wood, metals, and others, pulverizing the wastes besides metals into fragments with 2-3 mm, sep. storing the wastes except metals, mixing and kneading these stored wastes in desired  ratios, primarily heating the mixt. at about 100˚ C,  heating and melting the thermoplastic plastics of the mixt. and evenly dispersing the other wastes in the melted plastics, and molding and solidifying the melted mixt. The app. for the recycling comprises a sorting means, a pulverizer, hoppers for storing the resp. pulverized wastes besides metals, a mixing/storing tank, a primarily heating app., an extruder for melting and extruding the waste mixt. at about 230 C  , and a molding and solidifying means. Recycling of waste plastics can efficiently be carried out to recover usable resources or raw materials

บทคัดย่อ (ไทย) : การรีไซเคิลพลาสติกโดยการแยกของเหลือทิ้งออกเป็นพลาสติก กระดาษ แก้ว

เซรามิก เส้นใย ไม้ โลหะ และอื่นๆ แยกโลหะออกแล้วบดให้เป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ 2-3 มม.

จากนั้นนำมาผสมกันตามอัตราส่วนที่ต้องการ แล้วให้ความร้อนเริ่มต้นที่ 100˚C จนกระทั่งเทอร์โมพลาสติกในส่วนผสมหลอมเหลว แยกของเสียอื่นๆ ที่ไม่ต้องการออก แล้วทำการขึ้นรูปและทำให้แข็งตัว วิธีการและอุปกรณ์สำหรับการรีไซเคิลประกอบด้วย วิธีการคัดแยก เครื่องบด ถังบรรจุ ถังผสมหรือถังเก็บ อุปกรณ์ให้ความร้อน เครื่องอัดรีดสำหรับการหลอมและรีดส่วนผสมที่อุณหภูมิ 230˚C รวมทั้งวิธีการขึ้นรูปและการทำให้แข็งตัว การรีไซเคิลพลาสติกใช้แล้วดังกล่าวจึงนับว่าเป็นการนำทรัพยากร หรือวัตถุดิบกลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
