บทคัดย่อ (อังกฤษ) : Processes for recycling of waste polyurethane foam materials are 1) smashing a waste materials into fine particles 2) crisping until residual moisture is 2% or less 3) milling into powders 4) mixing with first foaming reaction solution including polyol, catalyst and additives 5) mixing with second foaming reaction solution including diisocyanate 6) pouring to mold including a center pipe with plularity of apertures 7) introducing sub-saturated water vapor from pipe into mold for inducing the completed-treated foaming material to proceed foaming reaction. The advantages of this invention is that there has no difficult step to separate polyurethane foam from waste materials so that it is cost effective way.

บทคัดย่อ (ไทย) : วิธีแปรใช้ใหม่ขยะจากวัสดุโฟมพอลิยูรีเทนมีขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) บดขยะวัสดุโฟมให้เป็นอนุภาคเล็กๆ 2) ทำให้เปราะขึ้นโดยลดความชื้นให้เหลือน้อยกว่า 2% 3) บดให้เป็นผง 4) นำเข้าเครื่องผสมและเติมสารละลายที่ทำปฏิกิริยาให้เกิดโฟมตัวแรกซึ่งมีพอลิออล ตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยา และสารเติมแต่ง 5) เติมสารละลายที่ทำปฏิกิริยาให้เกิดโฟมตัวที่ 2 ซึ่งมีไดไอโซไซยาเนต 6) เทใส่แม่พิมพ์ที่มีท่อตรงกลางซึ่งมีรูเล็กๆ จำนวนมากที่ผนังท่อ 7) เติมไอน้ำที่มีอุณหภูมิต่ำกว่าอุณหภูมิอิ่มตัวเข้าแม่พิมพ์ทางท่อและผ่านรูเล็กๆ เหล่านั้นอออกมาผสมในแม่พิมพ์  ข้อดีของวิธีนี้คือ สารมารถใช้กับขยะจากวัสดุที่มีทั้งโฟมพอลิยูรีเทนและไม่ใช่โฟมพอลิยูรีเทน เช่น แผ่นรองเท้า ทำให้ไม่ต้องยุ่งยากในการแยกเฉพาะส่วนที่เป็นโฟมออกมาก่อน จึงประหยัดค่าใช้จ่าย
