Abstract : Iodine in necessary substance to the growth of body and brain. Ministry of Public Health has announce vol.153 (in 2537 BE) define that salt as determine quality food must has iodine not less than 30 milligram per kilogram. So Ministry of Public Health has developed iodine test kit in salt in order to test amount of iodine in salt outside laboratory to know the right amount of salt, enough to the need of body according to recommend of World Health Organization to reduce the risk of iodine deficiency disease or consume iodine too much which quick results and high accuracy.
